Mac Papers Envelope Converters offers direct mail solutions that deliver high impact, color-enhanced envelopes in customized sizes, styles and windows.

• 1- to 4-color process award-winning, enhanced flexo printing in 175 LPI resolution
• 1- to 4-color Halm Jet offset with UV inks and dryers, which allows for heavy ink coverage including bleeds and flood coats on folded envelopes. Sizes range from 5-1/2 coin envelopes (3-1/8 x 5-1/2) to 12 x 15-1/2 catalogs.
• Flat sheet and roll-to-roll litho conversion with computer-controlled die cutting to ensure precision. We also have the capability to convert either pre-printed litho sheets or rolls into envelopes.
